Confused... in Norway

I tell you why I’m really really really confused the now. There is loud singing in the streets, a female voice then a male voice no drums just voices now on loud speaker it reminds of Muslim prayers when in places like stone town, so I’m confused. I’m typing this but hang on what’s that I’m hearing ah it’s just the evening prayers... Prayers!!!!!! Where what how when!?!!
