I used to work with a lass called Jenny Taylor (pronounce the name fast enough and you'll twig it)

I used to have a boss called Richard Brown, but wanted to be known as Dick. Entries in the address book were always 'Lastname, Firstname' so we of course always referred to him as Brown Dick.
