Why does nobody here love me ?

I try to offer insight and experience, but I only ever get censored or banned. What is wrong about forthright onions littered with humor and laced with perls of wisdom ? I have been in the business for twenty years, I have seen pimps, tractors, perms, and EBs come and go. And all for nothing, my posts are deleted, my ids banned, my posts are censored. Where is the respect and humbility ?
