    Ok so they won’t entertain the idea of fighting a case against IR35 as it is an "internal" tax system and outside of their jurisdiction but now this... WTF? Why don't they just line us up against a wall and shoot us.

      There used to be a striker who played for Oldham called John Thomas. The bloke on the radio used to keep going on about John Thomas dribbling, scoring, sticking one in etc
      Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.

      I preferred version 1!
