Gazumping guys? A few Questions.

1) Is it ethical?
I will answer this. No . But in the East London property market I think ethics was dropped as part of business conduct long ago.

2) How do you appraoch the agent?

3) If you let your intention be known, how much more do you need to offer to get the seller to reconsider?


4) Would you guzump someone?

1) It may be a nasty thing to have done to you but it's not illegal and if someone offered me more cash for my property, I'd be tempted to take it.

3) You have to make it worth the extra hassle involved. If you can show that you are a cash buyer or have no chain then that is a good bargaining chip.
