Funny how this 'wind up' fits in with all the views you have spouted since you first appeared on here. But maybe it's all been a wind up?
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.
But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”
"Just because you's have been suckered by a lass "
Not as often as I would like!
Oh suckered - sorry my mistake!
Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.
So why wouldn't I keep arguing then? Have I ever struck you as somene who backs away from an argument like you toss*r?
Yes, and put your hat on there's a Woodpecker about

I said simple way. We all know that IR35 has not worked and is not the cash cow they thought it would be.
Hence the hike in small business CT to 22% by 2009. As was mentioned in one of the articles today, perhaps this is tacit acceptance by the Treasury that IR35 is too complex to administer and it might be better to sweep all & sundry up into a CT band that moves towards the big business rate (just breduced to 28%).
Now, I hate paying more tax in whatever form, but if this CT hike does mean less focus by Hector on IR35, that's not a bad thing is it? I mean, this is a difference on £70K dividends of £2,100 by 2009. Possibly not a bad price to pay? And of course all of our dayrates would have averaged >£800 by then to offset the increase, wouldn't they?...
Tip for the blokes : It's worth remebering that the 'logic' a woman uses is prone to failure and so they are able to change their mind on a frequent basis.
Tip for the ladies : Although we say no, your @rse really does look big in that.
