Aliens II was on channel 4 last week, it's one of those films you never get bored of despite knowing exactly what is going to happen. I'd also put Highlander in that category.
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

The Last Mimsy, out on 23 March, looks like it might be quite good.

Three best films? God, that's tough. But this week (and subject to change) mine might be:

              - Titanic, with Leonardo deCaprio and Kate Blanchett[*]

preferably minus the tedious modern "gee we're so much smarter than those dumb Limeys these days" scenes with the geeks in the submersible, which I always fast forward through.

              - Once upon a Time in America

              - A Bridge too Far

[*] Kate Blanchett laments she has an arse like a barn door. But it seems OK to me.
