£500 deposit down - they want to exchange contracts in 4 weeks! Dammit that seems rather quick to me!
I was worried about the mortgage being a evil thing but Sayara Begs IFA said that I would be ok...even better he said I should 100% remortgage it and open my own resturant and then go and have some kids.
