What is wrong with being welathy? What is wrong with being succesful? Even Cameron in this interview is saying that these bonuses breed envy and the corporations should self regulate to ensure that they don't pay their staff too much. What the f**k has it got to do with anyone, least of all the Government, what companies pay their staff? And what is too much? Just enough so that chavs don't get jealous FFS

I’m having a second go here. I think what irks me about P Hain’s statement is how the poor unwashed have somehow been undone by the big city earners and their bonuses. Quite apart from him trying to establish a flaky causal link, have you noticed how passive grammar is used, to show that the unwashed have been victimized? Nothing here about self-help.

So here’s another example: Tony Blair talking about dysfunctional families in society:

          'Shut out'
At his monthly press conference Mr Blair said, when it came to the most dysfunctional families who were "shut out" of mainstream society, specific intervention was needed at an early stage.
          (BBC News)

So, nothing here about taking responsibility for one’s own actions. The assumption is that the poor old ASBO families have been made this way (no doubt by those evil men and women earning bonuses in Canary Wharf), and that they should be helped out – and funded by the rest of us who make something of our lives.

Don’t get me wrong, in a democratic and compassionate society, some wealth redistribution is common sense and correct. But that’s what we pay our current taxes for. The poor agenda is just another agenda that NL hijack for their own ends.

Did you see that thing about the fat kid on the telly last night - Threaded Jnr I think he was called. His mum was complaining that it wasn't her fault that he was soooooo big and that social services should take some of the blame for not telling her what to do when he was 2 and a half.

Apply thick geordie accent 'Howay man if they'd telt us wen he warra bairn and given us a diet sheet I could have maybez done sumoot aboot it'

How about stop buying him chocolates and crisps you thick fecker.
Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.

            I preferred version 1!

I saw that Tony - I think the best bit was when she says "well what will I feed him if he don't like the stuff that's good for him - I canna let him starve can I?" I thought to myself you could not feed the fat little so and so for a month and he wouldn't starve! IMHO people like his mother should be spayed before they start breeding.
