An interesting report from Nationwide Building Society that shows N Ireland and the North West leading the charge for price increases.
In terms of interest rates, these seem to be on a bit of a downward trend but as always, this will only achieve banks so much business especially if everyone is reducing their products. Subject to no shocks on the world stage, i suspect we may see some loosening of underwriting criteria going forward.
