    2 Signatures...

    I've got the new contract and it requires 2 signatures. One from the company and one from me as the individual.

    Would it be better for the coy secretary to sign the company one and me to sign the other. Or does it not really matter.

    I don't see why you should have to sign it, as it is a business to business deal. If you do you are effectively agreeing that you alone will do the work. Go figure the position re: IR35

      Well its got a substitution clause in it. I'll just sign the company bit then.
