Key points:

• May saw a 0.1% month-on-month fall in house prices
• Annual rate of house price growth slipped back to -3.4%, from -2.7% in April

Lack of supply and increasing demand (record immigration), I just can't see much downward pressure on prices.

I think interest rates will flatline prices for a year or two and when they start to fall the ponzi scheme will motor on.
