    Ebay

Ebay has done more for recycling than all the Greens in the world put together. If you can get enough to cover the postage that's the route to go.

I hate throwing stuff away, but I also hate keeping it around the house. Was disappointed a couple of years ago when I had to throw away a perfectly functioning CRT monitor because (after checking on ebay) it was worth less than the cost of postage, and no-one I knew wanted it. I could still remember how many hundred pounds it had cost when new.

      I'd recommend Sainsburys in Walton-On-Thames.

Smash it into tiny pieces, sew bags in your trouser legs, then gradually distribute the fragments over the client's office carpet over a number of weeks...

I am not qualified to give the above advice!

Try leasing it to the Home Office

Why the avatar? Well anyone accused of plotting against Gordon Brown can't be all bad.

                      Try www.wastecare.co.uk

They will pick it up for you. It's possible that they might give you something for it depending upon what they do with it (recycle, sell, crucsh and extract precious metals)
