Has to be one of the best examples of a doublespeak speech yet. Anyone here not got private healthcare yet?

...ah this sounds like the time when they closed all the mental institutes, and the patients now treat themselves, in special communities usually under bridges or in underground stations.

I presume the same will happen in maternity. In a few months you'll probably find it quite common to see women giving birth in the subway.
