I think what will have some implications are the non-neutralizing vaccines which if I understand correctly, protect the person who is vaccinated but spread active infectious virus particles to others.

Therefore if the measures of social distancing, mask wearing, etc are removed, those yet to be vaccinated are very likely to catch Covid-19 from those that have been vaccinated (depending on the type of vaccine used).
All very interesting stuff, hopefully the best vaccine will be selected.
