    So, now that Manchester has won the super casino (my home town ) how come london or blackpool didn't even warrant a large or small casino? It seems Hull can have a large casino but the Dome or Blackpool can't.

    How queer...

        I have spent years convincing those soft southern shandy drinking poofs that it is grim up North.
        The locals all keep whippets, wear cloth caps and clogs, drink mild and eat tripe (non gender specific).
        We all live in back to back terraces with outside privvies.
        The roads are all cobbled including the motorways and it never stops raining.
        I am not qualified to give the above advice!

            Yes the guy who scuppered the chances for London.
            Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.

            I preferred version 1!

                Ten a penny down there. That side of Manchester is horrible and only marginally worse than the rest of it!

                    Yeah I know, but it will definately improve the area. I'd bet they'll start ploughing a load of money into that area now, bars/restaraunts/nice outside areas etc.

                    If it'd gone to Blackpool it wouldn't have been the same - thats just a purely gambling town, but Manc seem to do things right. I reckon they'll redevelop the entire area to fit in with it.
                    House prices will proably shoot up in a year or two.
