It's all a bit bollocks really, seems the government make it up as they go along. Liverpool is tier 3 and no gyms allowed to open, Lancashire goes into tier 3 but gyms are allowed to open. So the tiers are not not really fixed in stone

Just heard a guy on the radio said he lived in Lancashire but worked in Liverpool and his gym was in Liverpool. In theory, he could cancel his gym membership in Liverpool as it is closed, and get one where he lives so he can continue to go to the gym.
