“ The UK faces a bumpy winter, experts have warned, with the country’s coronavirus outbreak potentially growing again as the government announced new restrictions on people in Oldham, Pendle and Blackburn.

The R value, which measures how many people on average an infected person will pass the virus on to, is between 0.9 and 1.1, according to estimates from the Scientific Advisory Group on Emergencies (Sage) released this afternoon.”

No, that would be fault of the virus and teachers not having had 99% masks from their own pocket - Boris simply can’t afford to fire ministers for incompetence, very slippery slope!
