    Doing my own breakfast

    Hi Guys,
Under the current circumstances, and being currently out of leftover pizza, I'm starting to consider the above mentioned option.
Will be glad to have your thoughts on that, especially from the ones who have already tried it.
    Thanks in advance.

        Hi ESV!

How about a nice Spanish style tostada?

Halve a baguette lengthwise, toast it under the grill and drizzle liberally with olive oil. Then spread tomatoes (grated) with chopped garlic onto the bread and a few slices of jamon iberico on top. Wash down with a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice. Que rico!

Always sorts me out after a night on the Barrio with the boys.

You should scrape the garlic across the toasted bread. A little salt as well.
