China sees a spike in new cases of Covid-19 and most of them come an area that shares it border with Russia.

Methinks there is more than one country lying about the number of cases - or more likely not testing though not due to plain incompetence.

It’s not Russians - thee are more Chinese nationals working there, they effectively in majority there now, probably brought in virus from China and now those of them travelling back are bringing it with them.

They took it to Russia passed it around to some Russians and took some back.
