Private sugerbaby fee - sugerbaby refusing to reduce fees during summer term

wondering if anybody else has their sugerbaby in private schools uniform ( it's not a luxury for me as local girls are a tad ruff and not up to scratch) and has had to deal with the sugerbaby being completely unreasonable.

A large group of her clients has sent her a few letters and so far her continued stance of no reduction in fees has continued.
