Actually. I can get us onto the guest list of a rather trendy pub/club in Oxford Street. Private tables etc!!!!

Might be an idea to start out with/fall back on - as London Town's going to be v busy on Fri night. I was thinking of booking a booth at onanon, or starting in a large pub where we may have a chance of blagging a table.
