Some areas near me are so filled with pensioners I reckon the first hour would be chaos.

Being as my lemons were for my wife, who has a cough, to make Hot Toddy's it was for an OAP who was self isolating. Apparently if they'd had bags of lemons I would have been allowed 3 bags.

A number of people I know have stopped drinking if they are 45 or older. Alcohol really impacts the ability of the immune system to respond and in this pandemic it's probably advisable to concentrate on getting as fit as possible rather than boozing.
The older you are the more you should try keep fit for the next few months. I'm just being direct and honest.

In fairness lots of British people think their diet is excellent and they're fit, but don't realise that their boozing and bad diet is actually the cause of most of the ills as they age.

One look around the supermarket last week confirmed that the UK is likely to be much worse hit than Italy. I hope it is not so, but deep down I think we know it's true.
