It would be very lucky if death toll in this country is just in the tens of thousands - above 80 death rate is 14%+ - and that is ratio in situation when 86% in that age group get good attention, what the death rate going to be with unavailable live support equipment? It’s a global disaster so can’t fly doctors or equipment in
