Personal Banking recommendation

MyCo banks with Metro - I haven't been overly impressed but can't bothered to change. They haven't made any actual errors. As I am not in that London I cannot visit them in a branch - not that I really care.

Probably should move there as I know the person in charge of their CRM system.
