Bought an 02 Orbit phone on contract from the CW website. The email invoice said I'd ordered two. I rang to query this and they said I must have clicked twice online by mistake and to take the second phone into a branch of CW and that's that. Only one f**ker has shown up.

What should I do?

It looks like Paul Kaye, aka Dennis Pennis

The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”
