I'm not sure about that, after Scotland goes bankrupt it's likely he will move down to England for work/benefits.

I have worked in both countries, the Russians drink hard (not all and some are TT), but they usually drink socially.
The Russians refer to "the Polish drunks". Believe me, the Polish drink much harder than the Russians.
