lurved this statement in their reports:

At 30 November 2006, SThree had 4,719 active contractors, representing an increase of 8.1% over the prior year (2005: 4,365). Contractor gross profit per day rates also showed a further healthy increase as the Group placed a greater percentage of higher skilled contractors able to command superior rates, consistent with its strategy of moving up the candidate value chain.
How fortunate for governments that the people they administer don't think

Yes pathway are a part of S3. Presumably it is a central problem if everone is effected. I can believe they have nearly 5000 contractors, if they were taking an average of £10 per hour of each - they would be making about £1,875,000.00 per week - F'ck Me!!

S3 / Computer Futures / Progressive / Huxley are terrible...

I have been unable to invoice since Computer Future's "upgrade" on 22/12/2006.

The notice they gave of this upgrade (1 day!!) is completely unacceptable.

The upgrade was supposed to of finished by 02/01/2007 - it is now 10/01...

I have had to loan my company money to fulfil my committments.

All because when I create an invoice on their system, it does not show VAT!

Do you think we have grounds for recompense?

I would send in a paper invoice. They should still honour this if their portal is unavailable...

Send them a paper invoice with 14 day payment terms then charge interest when they haven't paid it. Enough interest notes and they will start paying you quickly
