I thought his first call was they'd never go above 18 or some such figure? Not so smart an analyst, or Scooty.

On a completely separate note, went to Bath for a mooch on Saturday. Going in to Costas for a coffee and a homeless person asked for some spare change for a coffee, so I offered to get them a drink instead (I tend not to just give out cash for obvious reasons). They had a lovely board they had produced, pretty graphs drawn with grayons and everything. Sorry ... that was a bit off topic, where were we again ....?
