I read somewhere that the Atlantic League idea is being dusted off again. Where the one or two half-decent teams in each tulipe national league play together instead.

Like Celtic and Rangers, Porto and Benfica, Copenhagen, Ajax, PSV, Feyenoord, Anderlecht, TNS. Well not TNS because their league is totally tulipe including them, but perhaps Derry or Glentoran from Ireland.
