No but I hope to have a healthier middle-old age. I know now that my mental age won't change when I'm 65 and I'd like my body to be reasonably in shape to do what I want to do.
At 65 you should be in death prep mode.... give all assets to the next generation, pre-pay funeral costs, look back on your life and value your achievements.... and prepare to meet your maker
'cos even with viagra - you won't be able or willing to do the things you really want to do
How fortunate for governments that the people they administer don't think
life style not good at moment, I like a smoke , but do run, did marathon. Work to long including overnight calls out, had earnt alot of cash but worthless when dead, going to start cutting back

Wrong. Everyone in my family lives to their 90s. My dad is 68, plays tennis every weekend, travels abroad twice a year and is generally in fine fettle.
Let's face it - if anybody here cared about the effects of their lifestyle upon their health, they'd have moved on long ago from a job where "physical exertion" entails getting up to go to the bog 3-4 times a day or going outside for a smoke or two...
IR43 Sas. I may change my mind, but my main fear in life is rotting away slowly, house bound and incontinent.
I'm with you on that one LG and I'm nearly 40. Why do people want to preserve themselves and their wealth when you will end up with some chav wiping your arse and the government making you pay for it.
Saying that I eat fairly healthy as I enjoy fruit and veg and work out occasionaly but only so I can stay fit enough for 5 a side and hillwalking etc.
I drink too much but not in binge way except the odd night in Leeds with a fellow subby when we go a blow half a weeks wages in one night.
Life is for living, but you are more likely to enjoy if you stay healthy.
But I discovered nothing else but depraved, excessive superstition. Pliny the younger
The thing is, 65 is not that old now, it is likely people (especially those will money) will soon be living to >100 as norm.
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.
But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”
