More likely to do that with an unhealthy lifestyle. All you have to do is replace bad habits with different fun ones e.g. give up smoking -> use the extra cash for an extra skiing holiday.
My philosophy is you can cope with anything in life if you have your health.
Therefore:
Smoking: Quit
Drinking: Moderated but still too much. Weekend binge drinker.
Eating: Very healthy (always liked fruit and veg)
Weight: Normal for height
Exercise: 3 times a week - running, squash, tennis
Anyone else?

No but I hope to have a healthier middle-old age. I know now that my mental age won't change when I'm 65 and I'd like my body to be reasonably in shape to do what I want to do.
