Your having to resort to insults and name-calling negates your debating position. Do you really want to see your homeland - and the country you live in now reduced to the likes of Iraq, Syria and Libya?

Some context for all of this - Russia recently:

• Announced that their nukes can penetrate Western defense systems
• Sailed nuke submarines up to the US coast undetected
• Called out an imminent chemical false flag attack in Syria as a pretext to bomb the government (again for the umpteenth time)
• Stated that any attack on Syrian government forces that threatens embedded Russian forces will be met with a military response to missiles and those who fired them.

So basically nuclear MAD is very much in place and any attack on the Syrian government is effectively an attack on the Russian military which will be responded to.

As the Western neocons still have a massive hard on to invade Syria and Iran this is clearly a big problem.

Also China have launched the petro-yuan which directly challenges the petrodollar which is a serious red line - hence all this trade war against China. This is Russian'Chinese aggression - they are targeting the $US.

We are moving from a uni-polar world order to a multi-polar world order where certain nations can't just invade who they want anymore. The irresistable force has met the immovable object.

Whichever side you're on or who you believe - if this all kicks off into a hot war between the big boys we will all get to experience it first hand. Even a conventional non-nuclear war will see conventional non-nuke bombs raining down in a neighborhood near you.

Maybe this can all be averted if cool heads prevail but we don't seem to have any cool heads at our end of the table. Is it too much to ask for some sensible conversation that puts people before the war hawks?

They always have been able to do this, everyone with half a brain knows that.

The only people he made that announcement for are simpletons, and who can blame him when the world is clearly filled with them.

It may simply mean that one person has given up on trying to argue with a pile of mince. However, resorting to the Cretins' Fallacy suggests that that party is a cretin. Most of you should be able to work out why this is the case.

I always cheer up immensely if an attack is particularly wounding because I think, well, if they attack one personally, it means they have not a single political argument left.
