20% of all contractors are civil servants. (it was 10% 10 years ago).
They like taking money from the government.
even if they work through 3 agencies and 2 consultancies (5 payoffs to leeches), then they are still civil servants. The pimps are just taking their civil servant cut ( they, then, themselves, become mini civil servants as well).

But, they are just stealing money from everyone else via the government.
yes, they are all bloodsuckers.

they like the money, but they just encourage more of it.
I'd prefer the figure at between 1-2%. just my opinion.
maybe I'm wrong , maybe it should be higher at say 50%???

That was some good ranting there, but I cant quite get who you are angry at! is it contractors, civil servants, "this country", the world? what?

What the hell is wrong with being a contractor working for the government like?

Are you a contractor yourself Woo?

We're self employed you know - why wouldn't we go for the most highly paid gigs?

and NL isn't to blame for contractors - there were plenty (WAY more highly paid) contractors working under the previous goverment.

Well don't knock contractors. They're just getting some of their taxes back! With interest! I don't though unfortunately, private sector all the way so far.
