          Go on China, do it...

There has even been speculation that China could sell some of the $1 trillion worth of US government debt (or bonds) that it holds. If it sold enough, that could drive up the cost of borrowing in the US, but it would also inflict losses on China, by forcing down the value of those bonds.
This is in response to US tariffs as China does not import enough US goods to match tariffs they are now being asked to pay on exports to the US.

          Interesting times.

In that case shouldn't it read "Dog's in't transit"?

It's designed that way, just got to look at all the gobbledygook they use for obfuscation. Those that think they understand finance and can use trading analysis to beat their system are cousin to those that think they can beat the casino and have a system for winning at the bookies.

Place your bets but the house always wins eventually.

"Time in the market beats timing the market" is the only way to really win unless you are lucky.

If you get lucky get out.

If you really want to make money in the markets become a trader. They do it from the trading fees.
Maybe tomorrow, I'll want to settle down. Until tomorrow, I'll just keep moving on.
