Tonight - not much

Tomorrow - Charity CrossFit competition and then my wife's aunt's birthday.

Sunday - either fight training or laying down depending on how rough I feel after the comp on Saturday.

Probably need to chop up the xmas tree which has been in the back garden since start of Jan.

Curry saturday night and then beer which should be good.

Also trying to give up smoking so the aforementioned tree may get some of my nicotine withdrawal fuelled frustration
