I have a theory that the new forum software is partly responsible for the overall decline in posts. The silly icons seem to dumb it down into a myspace type place, whereas the text-only ezy board perhaps encouraged slightly more thinking while posting.
Can I suggest a new forum be created that can only be accessed via telnet running on an obscure UNIX variant, and leave all the kiddies to battle it out here?Comment
