      Nope as long as the BBC admits it is racist by not delibrately employing people from those backgrounds, and the few they do they pay them less.

      You are aware the Equality Act allows places like hospitals, schools and care home to specifically ask for male candidates only? And they can also state those men can come from a particular religious background e.g. Christianity, Hinduism if it is relevant.

      (On another note anyone who wants to go into journalism now is mad. The average pay has fallen loads since the internet has got more popular.)
