They may have been last in the line but my 20-something relations and acquaintances computer studies or IT classes consisted of them practicing their knowledge of how to use Microsoft products. They actually learnt how to use them at home like most people.

What's worse one of them even learnt rudimentary programming at school aged 11-12 but then was forced to "learn" the MS products.
