    Solo caravanning.....

I am very tempted for a road trip around Europe in-between gigs for a couple of months.

My requirements are to keep my current car, so discounted a motorhome as they are a lot of money for a shed of a vehicle.

I am looking into the following three micro-caravans which are compatible with my current car (Alfa Giulietta).

Used prices are now far off new, so may as well buy new - I am not sure about if I need a separate toilet, or can handle not worrying too much about that, given it will be mostly just myself to worry about.

    What's the panels verdict?

Go-Pods.co.uk. Micro Tourer Caravans. Small 2 berth caravans. Teardrop Caravans. Mini Caravans. Best smal caravan. Glamping. Pod Caravans. Teardrop Trailer Tent. Going II Cockpit S caravan.

Get the smallest one you can and bring PIAP with you.

      Alfa Giulietta?

I'm not particularly up to speed on micro caravans but I'm thinking you're going to have some fun with your nose weight calculations.

Get one of those tent thingies that fit on your car roof
          Much better than dragging stuff

You'll have to mud wrestle PIAP for the privilege.

I don't know what time of year you're planning this trip but, serious advice, before you go 'vanning in anger, join the Caravan Club and hook up with some of their socials. My ex and I were very active on the South Coast Caravan Club Scene a couple of years ago.

You won't be solo for long

Not sure that your Alfa could manage, but this is the only caravan I would consider:

Living the high life: Will Smith’s Luxury Caravan – Interior Design Giants
England's greatest sailor since Nelson lost the armada.
