Because the police should not send around jokes of a suspect who dies pretty horrible death regardless of whether he was black or white, or that he was trying to escape - if something like this happened later on their own duty, then it would be pretty much impossible to wash off the stink that will appear anywhere.

Yes it was inappropriate, but it wasn't racist. They were not poking fun at the guy because he was black, simply because of what happened to him. I'm all for them pulling the police up on improper use of email etc, but to label it as racist simply because the individual concerned was black is a joke. As I said before, if the guy who died had been white then I suspect that this would not have been as much of an issue.Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.
