My Dad got me up to watch it, must have been early morning Bolton time.Originally posted by washed up contractor View PostOK so for a mod you want to be petty. Fair enough, I'll conceed the statement of 10 years is factually incorrect although is still within parameters.
I know exactly what my parents were doing on the morning of 21 July 69. I was sat next to them watching the BBC programme with Patrick Moore covering the landing and ultimately, watching Armstrong and Aldrin. You conceed that point I trust?
I couldn't be arsed with it and went back to bed therefore it never happened, I was hoping to get an early start on wanking but 7 is a bit young (if your not Jimmy Savile et al)...Comment

Are you suggesting that I believe the moon landings are faked? You've started seeing conspiracy theorists everywhere. Maybe there is some shadowy organisation orchestrating them.Originally posted by washed up contractor View PostObviously you were looking in a mirror when you posted that. HTH.Comment

Fair enough! I just had an interest in the space programme. Plus, it was a humanity defining moment, a bit like where were you when JFK was shot. Oh tulip, probably shouldnt have mentioned that conspiracy!Originally posted by stek View PostMy Dad got me up to watch it, must have been early morning Bolton time.

I challenged you because you were making a mess of things and it's a bit of fun to watch you get on your high horse and spout nonsense.
