I own several properties and a villa and my total mortgage is currently £6K. That's not per month, that's total owed.
I keep the mortgage has it gives me an instant (open) facility of up to £250K to pay for business ventures.

I did have a mortgage once, talked into it by the accountants, something about tax efficiency, but it's all b4lls, recon it was just a scam where they were making money, not me. I've paid cash on the nail ever since.Insanity: repeating the same actions, but expecting different results.
