Congrats Marky on the big decision , the correct decision. This country is class A f**ked and I wish I could do the same thing you are doing. But we're too invested in this country with our kids at school and property investments and a lot of close family that we'd find difficult to leave.

Currently have my loot spread in non UK index funds. And getting nervous about that. although am young enough to cope with a 20s style crash and wait 20 years for it to rise again.
BUt you'll lose more holding on, either in raised tax on rental income or increased CGT when Corbyn comes in. Its obvious Labour will hit landlords hard - easy to manipulate cretins for the daily hate.
