I knew someone was going to ask that. Well, I saw it on an American site a while ago, and I forget where. You Google and I'll Google, and we'l see if the Google pick it up on the Internets.
I think it’s time to bring back public humiliation of councillors who fail in their duties. In this case to properly specify and implement a common-sense disposals and recycling policy. The Tories seem up for anything these days, why not propose it to them. Just think, Saturday mornings (it would probably be every Saturday) in your town square. Councillors in the stocks. The Great Unwashed there with all the stuff that the binmen said they couldn’t take the previous week. And the Councillors are pelted with the stuff – rotten veg, lethal inkjet cartridges, thornbush cuttings etc etc. Bet we’d soon have a proper service. Bring back the medieval times I say.

Is this a joke? Who cares if it makes a mess? It's a fecking bin wagon. It gets filled with rubbish on a regular basis. A bit of paper should be the least of their worries. Next they will stop accepting rubbish because it too prevents their shiny clean bin wagon from staying that way.
Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.
