    Developers sold the flats at cost price to council. They sold 68 flats for 10 million.which means the avaerage flat cost is 147k
    Just to think that the flat costs them 147k and they are selling them for million plus a piece

        Would this been part of the development getting planning in the first place? If so, then those private owners have subbed the public.

            The granting of planning permission is a public function that adds value to the assets of private investors. Why shouldn't the public get something back in return for it?
