      ~10mil for refurbishment / 120 flats, thats 80k+ per flat for refurbishment, it would have been cheaper to just rebuild the whole thing, giving the fact that the average construction cost for flats is about 40k

                A friend who works in construction, we are talking about the cost for architect, material and labor, the majority of the final cost is the land and profit
