      Indeed we got Exadata 3 years ago though I don't think anyone tuned it. Definitely didn't tune the EIM team.

      won't tell you which version of Siebel we are on though

          Me too, asked charity shops first but they didn't want them... so put them in the recycle bin... it took me years and years to finally do that, it wasn't an easy decision !
