Consent has to be assumed from the fact that they advertise an essay writing service, so as long as you pay for it, they aren't going to care what happens afterwards.

Er, the plagiarism is, in essence, paying someone to do your work for you.
One bright spark here got poor marks, refused to pay, and got ratted on by the writer.
Which didn't end well.
OK. My understanding was that the original work had to be available (for comparison) to prove plagiarism. I suppose a good essay from someone who turns out to be as thick as pig excrement is proof enough.
