In effect Scotland is kicking the rUK out of the UK.
The UK won't have membership to retain. It will have left.

That's more than two years away. Plenty of time for Scotland.

How can the UK leave the EU if Scotland is not part of the UK?

Do you seriously think Theresa May will grant a Scottish referendum during the Brexit talks?

        If so, you are delusional.

          It's all go.

Lawyer taking Brexit escape route case in Irish courts confident of success

          My favourite bit is:

Mr Maugham said he had taken legal advice on where to issue the proceedings and had spoken with “a very, very bright young woman from Trinity College Dublin” (a legal intern) who told him she thought the case would be successful in Ireland.

You do know that this means that Scotland is part of the EU, don't you?

However, Scotland is not a member of the EU.

And shauny is a member from Scotland.

                  Not that Parliament would recognise.

If it were allowed an advisory vote and voted to leave, I would expect the UK to follow the advice e and allow Scotland to leave.

We're not all hypocrites like you and Sturgeon.

No wonder the union is collapsing. Anywhere else in the world and the government would be looking to invoke military action to free the oppressed people.

Scotland doesn't have its own army, and it's people aren't oppressed.
